Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology is an autonomous institution established in 2006. The institute is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and is affiliated with Anna University, Chennai. It has been accredited with an ‘A’ grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), and its programmes in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Information Technology (IT), and Mechanical Engineering (MECH) are accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
The institute is situated on a 30-acre eco-friendly campus.
Sri Shakthi Institute of Engineering and Technology offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes in Engineering across 13 departments. The academic programmes include BTech/BE, MTech/ME, and PhD degrees.
